Tỏi cắt đôi. Khoai lang gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, cắt miếng vừa ăn. Cho khoai lang vào tô cùng với tỏi và trộn đều với 2 muỗng dầu olive, 1 muỗng siro, 1 muỗng muối, 1/4 muỗng tiêu.

Mở lò nướng trước 10 phút ở 200 độ C. Trải đều khoai lang lên khay nướng cùng với tỏi, thịt xông khói. Cho khay vào lò nướng 20 phút rồi lấy ra đảo đều khoai và cho vào nứng lại thêm 25 - 30 phút nữa đến khi khoai chín thơm, thịt xông khói giòn là lấy ra được rồi nha.
