Vào những ngày chay, bữa sáng gia đình mình thường ăn cháo. Để có thể có bữa sáng đơn giản, nhanh gọn mà lại có thể đáp ứng được dinh dưỡng cho cả ngày làm việc thì mình kết hợp yến mạch và các loại rau củ để có món cháo. Cháo bắp yến mạch mình giới thiệu dưới đây sẽ không làm bạn thất vọng đâu
Đầu tiên chúng ta sẽ rửa sạch các củ quả : cà rốt, cải trắng, bắp sú, bắp mỹ, hành boa rô. Bào vỏ cà rốt, cải trắng rồi cắt khúc dày 5cm. Cho toàn bộ nguyên liệu vào nồi cùng 1 lít nước rồi hầm trong 15 phút, sau đó vớt bỏ xác để được nước dùng rau củ.
Bắp đãi hạt chúng ta có thể mua loại có sẵn trong siêu thị hoặc mua trái bắp nguyên về rồi lãi ra.
Chuẩn bị 1 cái nồi, cho dầu ăn vào phi thơm đầu hành lá, tiếp tục cho bắp vào xào sơ.
Thêm 1 lít nước dùng rau củ vừa hầm vào nồi bắp xào rồi nấu nhỏ lửa đến khi nước sôi trở lại thì thêm từ từ yến mạch vào và khuấy đều tay. Nêm nếm gia vị sao cho vừa ăn và nấu thêm 7-10 phút cho yến mạch nở hoàn toàn thì tắt bếp.
Cho cháo bắp yến mạch ra chén, thêm ít hành ngò cắt nhỏ và tiêu xay là có thể thưởng thức. Chúc các bạn thành công với món ăn này.
